Bio
Charlotte Hope Moreno is an attorney driven by a passion for social justice and advocacy, particularly for individuals who may feel marginalized or overwhelmed by the legal system. She is committed to helping clients understand their rights and legal options, and she approaches every case with empathy, care, and focused attention.
Charlotte grew up in Wayne, Pennsylvania, and studied English and Environmental Science at Gettysburg College, where she was actively involved in advocacy and community service. Her grandparents from El Salvador and Mexico were a strong influence in her life and inspired her to learn Spanish, a skill she now uses regularly to better serve her clients. Her upbringing in a faith-based community that emphasized service helped shape her strong sense of responsibility to others.
She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2024. During law school, Charlotte participated in the Immigrant Justice Clinic, representing clients seeking immigration relief, and worked as a legal research assistant, developing strong research and writing skills. After graduating, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Kendra Ausby and for the General Civil Magistrates in the Baltimore City Circuit Court.
Charlotte joined Antezana & Antezana in 2025, where she represents English- and Spanish-speaking clients in workers’ compensation matters before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission. She takes time to understand how a workplace injury has affected a client’s life and prepares each case with care, attention to detail, and strong advocacy. Known as an active listener, Charlotte works closely with clients to ensure they feel heard, informed, and supported throughout the process.
Outside the office, Charlotte enjoys reading, arts and crafts, and spending time with friends and family. She is also active in her community and organized a Baltimore-based book club for introverts who enjoy reading.
