Bio
Claudia Vasquez is an Associate Attorney at Antezana & Antezana, LLC, where she represents clients throughout Maryland in workers' compensation and personal injury matters. She is committed to providing thoughtful, client-centered advocacy and guiding English- and Spanish-speaking individuals through every stage of the legal process with compassion, responsiveness, and strategic representation.
A first-generation Latina born and raised in the DMV, Claudia draws on her family's immigration journey from Argentina to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds with empathy, cultural awareness, and practical insight. As a bilingual attorney, she is passionate about ensuring language is never a barrier to effective legal representation.
Before joining the firm, Claudia represented clients in a broad range of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, naturalization, waivers of inadmissibility, and humanitarian forms of relief. Her experience advocating for individuals navigating complex legal systems reinforced the importance of clear communication, meticulous preparation, and personalized representation.
During law school, Claudia served as a Rule 19 Attorney with the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, where she represented individuals and small businesses in federal tax controversies before the Internal Revenue Service. She also gained experience clerking at private tax law firms, assisting with tax controversy matters, audits, compliance, and collection issues. These experiences sharpened her analytical skills and ability to resolve complex legal issues on behalf of her clients.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Claudia spent more than a decade working in healthcare policy and management, advising private payers, pharmaceutical companies, and government agencies on regulatory and policy initiatives. This background strengthened her ability to analyze complex legal and regulatory issues while developing practical solutions for clients in the healthcare field.
Claudia earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She also holds both a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy & Management and a Master of Science in Healthcare Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
Outside of the office, Claudia enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her husband and their three dogs.
