Bio
Neydyn S. Ruano started at Antezana & Antezana in 2013 as a paralegal in their workers’ compensation department, after graduating college. Neydyn received her law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2018. While in law school she was a student attorney in the law school’s immigration clinic, interned at Catholic Charities of Baltimore and The SAFE Center, interned at Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, LLP and worked at the State’s Attorney’s Office for Montgomery County in Rockville. She was also President of the Latina/o Law Student Association.
Neydyn rejoined Antezana & Antezana, LLC after receiving her law degree. Currently, she helps manage the firm’s Maryland workers’ compensation cases and has represented clients at the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission. She works primarily with Spanish-speaking injured workers who are seeking benefits and medical treatment as a result of their work accidents. She is grateful to be serving persons that she shares a lingual and cultural connection with, who solicit the firm’s services to navigate the legal system.
In her free time, Neydyn enjoys being outdoors, being active, spending time with family and friends, and traveling, especially to El Salvador where her family is from. She is also fluent in Spanish.
